All too often, we are fast to make complaints when something goes wrong, but slow to acknowledge exceptional service. I recently had a problem with my 2007 BMW328i. I called Thompson, as you are my closest dealer and spoke with a Service Consultant. Beside being professional, he advised me to bring the car to your facility for diagnosis and repair. Without an appointment, your organization took the car in, repaired it and gave me a loaner for the length of the repair. The repairs were done correctly, the car was returned in exceptional condition, and I was informed as to the progress of the repair. My point is simple. You have my service business and when the time comes to consider a further purchase, Thompson BMW will be at the top of the list.
